Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Sync2Shoot. By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Sync2Shoot

Sync2Shoot is a desktop and mobile application designed for professional real estate photographers. It connects to your Google Calendar to display upcoming shoots, generates organized folder structures for your deliverables, sorts and processes media assets, and sends push notifications for various shoot details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sync2Shoot. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable license fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Sync2Shoot on devices you own or control. You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
Use the app to develop a competing product.

4. Activation Keys

Sync2Shoot requires a valid Activation Key to unlock all features. Activation Keys are issued in two tiers:

Individual Key — issued to a single named user. May be installed on multiple devices owned by that user but may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
Business Key — issued to a company or agency for internal distribution to that organization's employees and authorized contractors. The purchasing organization is responsible for ensuring that all recipients comply with these Terms. Business Keys may not be resold, redistributed outside the organization, or used by independent third parties unaffiliated with the purchasing company.

We reserve the right to deactivate any Activation Key used in violation of these Terms without refund. Refunds, if offered, are subject to the refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Google Account & Permissions

You are responsible for your Google account and the accuracy of your calendar data. We request read and write access to your Google Calendar and basic profile information (name and email address). We will never modify, delete, or create calendar events on your behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sync2Shoot to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Access calendar data of other users without their explicit consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our notification server.
Circumvent license key validation or other access controls.

7. Availability & Updates

We provide Sync2Shoot on a best-effort basis. We may release updates, modify features, or discontinue the app at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through in-app update notices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sync2Shoot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app or our notification server.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sync2Shoot and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed shoot notifications, data loss, or folder generation errors. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of Sync2Shoot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
